Returned to Prairie View from 1971 to 1973.

Student Body President, Political Science Major, Advanced R.O.T.C. as C.O. of Co.Q-17 National Society of Pershing Rifles. Dean's List, Candidate for the State Legislature 29th District in 1974

Presently a member in good standing of the Screen Actors Guild. 28th year as a professional actor, having appeared on stage in numerous lead roles and in the films "October Sky", "Lone Star", and made of television movies "Rough Riders", and "Hard Ground" opposite Tom Berringer, Chris Cooper, Kris Kristofferson, Jake Gyllenhaal, Matthew McConaughey, and Burt Reynolds.
